Straight Answers to the Usual Questions

What does weekly pool service cost?
It depends on the size of the pool, its current condition, and whether you want full service or partial service. Tell us what you are looking for, and once we see a few photos of the pool as it sits today we quote a flat monthly price. That price is what you pay. No site visit needed to get a number.
Does Austin water need anything different?
Yes, and it is the thing most pool companies here get lazy about. Central Texas water runs hard, so calcium builds on tile and inside equipment if nobody is watching hardness. Add oak and cedar pollen in spring, live oak drop, and Hill Country heat driving chlorine demand in July and August. We adjust the plan to the season instead of pouring the same jug in every week.
Why do you need photos?
It is how we price accurately without making you wait days for a site visit. Photos of the water, the equipment pad, and the surface tell us almost everything we need. Text them to (512) 858-6609 after you send the form, or we will ask for them when we call.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. You do not need to sign anything to get a quote, and our service agreement is a straightforward month to month arrangement. We would rather keep you because the pool looks right than because of paperwork.
My pool is already green. Can you fix it?
Yes. Green pool cleanups are one of the most common calls we take. A couple of photos of the water as it looks right now tell us how far gone it is, then we quote the cleanup and get you scheduled. Once you are on regular service, the Green Free Guarantee keeps it that way.
How fast can you start?
Fast, because we are not waiting on a site visit. Once we have your photos and know what you need, we give you a price and put you on the next available route day. Call the office if you need it handled this week.
