CK Pools will use commercially reasonable efforts to select appropriate vendors, but CK Pools is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside CK Pools' reasonable control, except as required by law.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. CK Pools may receive transaction details, payment status, invoice details, last four digits of a payment card, billing address, or other limited payment-related information. CK Pools does not intend to store full credit card numbers through the Site. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
